Emergency Operations Plan (EOP)
Development & Management
Booker Consulting develops, reviews, and manages district-level Emergency Operations Plans — the master document guiding an organization’s all-hazards preparedness, response, and recovery. This includes guiding implementation, creating site-level safety plan templates, and ensuring all personnel understand how to execute the plan effectively.
Safety Training, Drills & Exercises
The group designs and facilitates a full spectrum of training programs, including tabletop exercises, functional drills, and full-scale emergency simulations. This covers required school safety drills (fire, earthquake, shelter-in-place, lockdown), active shooter coordination, and integration of FEMA’s National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS) standards.
Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Assessments
Booker Consulting conducts expert on-site CPTED evaluations — physical walk-throughs of campuses to identify safety hazards and vulnerabilities. Findings are documented in detailed written reports with recommendations to improve campus security through environmental and design-based strategies.
